Restoring would stop.

My iphone SE was disabled, and I am trying to restore it. But halfway through restoring the iphone would turn on and stop the process of restoring. Why does this keep happening? And how do I stop the iphone from turning on to keep the restoring on going?

iPhone SE, iOS 10.0.1

Hello notoriousdustin,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand from your post that you are not able to finish restoring your iPhone SE because the iPhone turns on and interrupts the process. I know how important it is for you to be able to complete the restore process. I recommend putting your iPhone into recovery mode and then restoring it. If you have not already and are able to, make sure you create a backup file before restoring your iPhone:
